L’Eclisse - Paltrinieri
Paltrinieri's Eclisse is certainly an interesting and characteristic wine of the Emilian territory, well representing the qualities of the Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. The description of the aromas on the nose, with hints of blackcurrant, sour cherry, wild strawberry and dog rose, suggests an olfactory complexity that invites tasting. On the palate, the combination of fullness, flavor and acidity makes this wine particularly versatile and suitable for different gastronomic combinations. It is ideal to enjoy with appetizers, white meat dishes and fresh cheeses, or as an aperitif. As always, the best tasting experience is the one that happens in good company!

Cellar: Paltrinieri
The Paltrinieri company is located in the heart of Sorbara, in the center of the green and fertile province of Modena. The family-run cellar was founded in 1926 by Achille, the grandfather of the current owner Alberto. Achilles was an esteemed pharmaceutical chemist who perceived the potentials of Lambrusco's Sorbara grape and built the first part of the cellar that was then expanded by his son Gianfranco. Today is carried on with intelligence and mastery by Alberto, assisted by his wife Barbara and her children. There are 15 hectares of vineyards, located in the historic area of the Christ of Sorbara. The grapes come from vineyards and are carefully selected before vinification, winemaking with modern techniques but with an eye to the Sorbian tradition. Not only production of sparkling Lambrusco that touches the highest quality summit with Eclissi but also classic sparkling method, refermentations in bottles of Sorbara lambrusco vinification in white. Alberto's mission is to make people feel good, and his wine is born exactly like this, to be a touch for the heart and throat.
