Niente Panico  - Criante 

Niente Panico by Criante is a fresh, aromatic and enveloping sparkling wine obtained from Catarratto grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard located in the Contrada Valle of Calatafimi Segesta, in the province of Trapani, on predominantly clayey soils. After refinement in steel which lasts 6 months, the wine is bottled with the addition of the must of the same vintage, a practice that allows refermentation to take place. An original refermented wine, where minerality, fruit and drinkability are never lacking. A glass of niente Panico is a breath of fresh air.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 10/12° in large glasses.

A wine for the whole meal that goes perfectly with first courses, grilled and stewed fish, to try with a fish pie.

Winery: Criante - Azienda Agricola Bioviola

Criante is a family-run business located in Alcamo, in western Sicily. It is not only a winery led by Irene and Davide, but we also find the uncles Nino and Davide who work in the countryside and his brother Enrico who, together with his cousin Anna, manage the shop of organic products. The company covers 25 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens and various arable land of ancient Sicilian grains. The vineyards, certified organic, of Catarratto, Grillo and Perricone are located on clayey soils and are caressed by the sea breeze. In the cellar, all fermentations are spontaneous and the wine does not undergo any alteration. Wines that are the expression of a vine and its territory, so much so that the Contrada of origin of the wine is always shown on the label. Criante is a new project in the world of authentic terroir wines, an ongoing project with a beating heart and a magical land behind it.
