In Alsace, Jintaro takes care of every phase of the winemaking process with dedication, from the careful selection of the grapes to the art of refinement, offering wines that reflect purity, balance and respect for the territory. In winemaking Jintaro uses three types of containers such as concrete, oak and the steel alternating and modulating them according to the parcel masses e of the characteristics of the thousandths.
