Nu Vino Rosso - Segni Di Langa - Gian Luca Colombo
Nu Vino Rosso by Gian Luca Colombo presents itself as a fresh wine, to be enjoyed without too many frills. Its production philosophy is based on the assembly of different red grapes, which offers great variability and uniqueness to each vintage. The refinement in large wooden barrels, although brief, allows the wine to be given a certain complexity and character, without however masking its freshness and liveliness. The choice not to carry out clarification or filtration operations is a further sign of the producer's natural and artisanal approach, keeping the organoleptic characteristics of the wine intact and reflecting the terroir from which it comes. Bottling it before the Easter following the harvest underlines the desire to have a wine ready to drink, accessible and immediate, ideal for those looking for an authentic and convivial experience. This proposal by Gian Luca Colombo is aimed at those who appreciate young, fresh and unpretentious wines, perfect for accompanying informal moments, simple meals or even a nice chat with friends.

Segni Di Langa is a new reality located a few kilometers from Roddi, in the heart of the Langhe. It was founded in 2011, and sees Gian Luca Colombo, talented Piedmontese winemaker as the protagonist, who after years of experimenting, comparing and tasting, decides to get involved and creates Segni Di Langa. The name Segni Di Langa derives from the fingerprint with which Gian Luca marks each bottle, a sign of the affection with which the grapes were accompanied by the vineyard to the bottle. Gian Luca decides to focus on the native vineyards of the area such as Barbera, Nebbiolo, Pelaverga, and with his usual unconsciousness also of Pinot Noir, a vine that is rare to find in these latitudes. The Pinot Nero vineyards are in part in Barolo, in the Ravera area, and partly in Dogliani, while the other vineyards are in Verduno, for the Pelaverga, the Nebbiolo and the Barbera. Gian Luca breeds his vineyards following the principles of sustainable viticulture, with a reduced use of synthetic products. In the cellar, the grapes of each vineyard are vinified separately, fermentations take place in steel tanks, and refining in large wooden barrels. All the wines are not clarified or filtered before being bottled. Steel fermentation and aging in large wooden barrels. The wines of Segni Di Langa convey all the effort, passion and commitment dedicated to the grapes by Gian Luca.
