Franciacorta Rosè by Stella del Filare is a Classic Method that demonstrates an unexpected elegance, for a sparkling wine with very high drinkability potential. 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard, the bottles are disgorged after approximately 24 months of aging on the lees. The right wine to celebrate and have glasses clash until late at night.

Service

The recommended serving temperature is 10/12°. Wine to be drunk immediately in flute glasses, but it is very long-lived and evolves with the passage of time.

Suitable for a cuisine based on fish, ideal as an aperitif, suitable for all meals and dry pastries.

Sometimes talking about a territory is useful, but not essential. Or rather, it doesn't become so when everything that that territory contains and represents speaks. Between the hills of Brescia and Lake Iseo Luigi Picotti carries out the Stella del Filare project. Luigi, who moved to the USA with the ambition of breaking into the music scene, began his career in the world of oenology in Brooklyn: in 2014 he became a metropolitan winemaker, producing wine for one of the three urban wineries in the city, the Brooklyn Winery. Feeling the call of his land and of a different lifestyle, in 2018 he returned to Italy and began to refine his experience, first making wine in the small home cellar and working in the vineyard with an exceptional master like Michele Loda of Azienda Agricola Il Pendio, subsequently collaborating with the 1701 company. In March 2021 Luigi began his micro production of 3,000 bottles, obtained from the cultivation of one and a half hectares of Pinot Noir and half a hectare of Chardonnay, which represent only another step in the own growth...and the near future will give us other sparkling surprises.
