It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 16/18°. Daily wine but it holds a good few years of aging.

TScandelara is a small wine project born in Pianoro among the hills of Bologna. The winery is run by Mattia Donini, who after graduating in oenology and having worked in the most important natural wine companies spread across the 5 continents, decides to return to the Bolognese hills. The company extends over 52 hectares divided between small lakes, woods, meadows, and 3.5 hectares of vineyards. The management is organic, respecting nature, its rhythms and biodiversity. Winemaking takes place with the same respect for the raw material: entirely manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, no clarification or filtration. The resulting wines are genuine, frank, direct, sincere, easy to drink and immediately enjoyable: the qualities that one expects to find in these parts, but which are instead so rare...
