"Marnes Grise" - Les Donneur de Temps 

The Marnes Grise Arbois Rouge by Guillaume Gilet is a red wine obtained from 100% Poulsard grapes. The grapes are only partially destemmed before fermentation and macerated for 13 days on the skins. After fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in steel. Notes of red fruit and spices emerge on the nose. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and complex, fresh with fine tannins and a long persistence. A wine full of enthusiasm, which can be drunk in one go.

Service

We recommend tasting it at a 16/18 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Great wine comes with a good aging potential.

Pairing

We mix it with tasty dishes, roasted meats, game, birds, to try with a grilled deer fillet.
