From a micro plot planted on vertical shale. Elliptical because it is made in the simplest way possible. The grass is cut by the sheep and only two sulfur treatments are carried out (no copper on the entire farm). Pressed and then immediately pressed. Refines in exhausted barriques for eight months. Currant and raspberry juice. Slender, graceful mouth. Barely hinted tannins and compulsive drinking. Bottle with crown cap.

Service

We taste it at a temperature of 16/18° in tulip glasses. Wine to drink immediately but does not disdain to be aged.

Pairings

Red wine ideal to accompany all the dishes of the table with meat, to try with sausage and broccoli bucatini.
