Trish, after several years spent traveling the world, in love with Italian food and wine, decides to move to the beautiful country to devote herself to her passion. After various work experiences with Antonio and Daniela from Cantina Giardino and Gianmarco and Clementine from Le Coste, before moving to a small farmhouse in Località Gazzetta on the hills above the village of Bolsena, in the north of Lazio. It cultivates two hectares of old Procanico and Ansonica vineyards, with a little Malvasia and Moscato scattered everywhere, near the lake. Like Trish, her wines are joyful and full of life, pure and delicate, to be enjoyed on the everyday table.
