In a fascinating foothill scenery Daniele and Pierluca Proietti sublimate Piglio's archaic and earthy vocation for the vine. On the gentle and green hills of Frosinone, between 380 and 550 meters above sea level, Cesanese and Passerina, traditional vines with deep local roots, align at the foot of the Ernici mountains.
