Valfaccenda is located in Canale, on the hills of the Roero, a UNESCO heritage site since 2014, where the landscapes are enlivened by nervous profiles and the land is of sandy origin. The company was founded in 2010 and is managed by the couple Luca Faccenda and Carolina Oggero who started their project to renovate the grandfather's old farmhouse and restore the old family vineyards of Arneis and Nebbiolo, class 1982, after taking a degree in oenology in Alba, he began to "make his bones" in a prestigious winery in Barolo. Carolina, on the other hand, worked in Turin as a graphic designer, and her contribution to the company is immediately evident from the splendid labels she designed. Today Luca and Carolina manage 4 hectares of vineyards divided between two vineyards: one facing south, located in Santo Stefano Roero, which receives the sun all day and gives rich, warm and ripe grapes. The other facing east, in Val Faccenda, a small valley between Canale and Cisterna. The production settles on the 20000 bottles.
