Ploussard - Domaine de la Renardière
The Poulsard also called Ploussard is a native vine of the Jura. The grapes come from a 28-year-old vineyard placed on calcareous clay soils with a good presence of Jurassic marls. The vinification is a semi-carbonate with maceration on the skins for 5 days in a saturated atmosphere of Co2. Then the grapes are crushed with subsequent maceration for another 5 days.
