Scaramusc Lambrusco dell'Emilia Igp - Angol d'Amig
Scaramusc by Angol d'Amig is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Salamino grapes. After harvesting, it is vinified through destemming and crushing, with subsequent fermentation with the addition of frozen must of the same grapes before bottling. A Lambrusco that offers to the sip that frankness, that immediacy and that genuineness that only wines from the lands of Emilia can offer.

Cellar: Angol d'Amig
Marco Lanzotti's adventure in the world of wine began in 2013, when he left the restaurant business and after working with important Lambrusco producers such as Vittorio Graziano, Ca de Noci, Luciano Saetti and Cinque Campi, he rented three hectares of vineyards in Vaciglio , in the province of Modena, which will be his friendly corner, Angol d'Amig, to be precise. Marco sees wine as food, which must therefore be natural, healthy and tasty, and on this basis sustainable techniques and practices with an ancient flavor are decided, such as the choice of making wine in terracotta jars. In the rows no synthetic chemicals but the traditional vines: Lambruschi and Trebbiano di Spagna. The vinification takes place with the same respect for the raw material: entirely manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, no clarification or filtration. The result is genuine, direct, sincere wines, easy to drink and immediately enjoyable.
