Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose. Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" by Foradori is a rosé wine that stands outside the box compared to the Trentino pinot grigi. Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.
