The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. Inquieto Rosso by Masseria Case Rosse is a red wine that comes from grapes that come from a small vineyard of about half a hectare of about 70 years. Refine one year in old 500 liter wooden barrels. It gives an olfactory bouquet rich in ripe red and black fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry, enriched with spices, tertiary scents and minerality. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties.
