SP68 more than a road is a journey, that of the ancient peasants who already carried in their amphora the fruit of their work and that of the current agriculturi directed to their vineyards.

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. Arciglione’s Cirò Bianco is an authentic and profound expression of the Greco grape variety. Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry.
