The Okus (taste in Slovenian) winery, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, between the hills of Cormons and the vineyards of Gorizia, is an authentic expression of the local wine tradition, an area renowned for the production of excellent wines. Thanks to particular attention to quality and respect for the environment, Okus combines modern techniques with ancient knowledge, offering a selection of wines that reflect the unique character of the Friulian territory. The Okús project was born from an idea by Luca Dellisanti who, together with his friend Davide, share the goal of bringing viticulture and genuine wines back to the foreground. This means producing grapes from vineyards in balance with the surrounding environment and respectful of its fertility and health. The hand-harvested grapes are macerated on the skins and then lightly pressed before being left to rest in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation occurs thanks to indigenous yeasts. Without filters or excessive additions, the wine patiently rests until it is completely ripe. The result is elegant and refined wines, which embody the perfect fusion between passion and expertise, ideal for wine lovers looking for authentic, high-quality products.
