Munjebel Rosso by Frank Cornelissen is a wine of great body and great purity produced from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes. It has an intense ruby red color at sight. On the nose the bouquet is characterized by hints of ripe red fruit, medicinal herbs and wild spices. In the mouth it is elegant, of remarkable character and personality, modulated by a great finesse and a valuable mineral freshness.

Munjebel Rosso by Frank Cornelissen is a wine of great body and great purity produced from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes. The grapes come from old sapling vines of over 60 years of age located in the districts of Chiusa Spagnolo, Monte Colla, Porcaria, Crasa, Piano Daini on the north side of Etna. In the cellar, after the manual harvest and the careful selection of the bunches, we continue with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in fiberglass tanks, without adding sulfur dioxide or filtering the liquid. It then ages for 18 months in neutral fiberglass tanks. It has an intense ruby red color at sight. On the nose the bouquet is characterized by hints of ripe red fruit, medicinal herbs and wild spices. We taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in Ballon glass. The Susucaru Rosso could be drinking right away but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
It combines perfectly with first courses with game ragout, grilled and roasted meat, to try with a beefsteak with tomatoes and peas.

The cellar of Frank Cornelissen is located in Solicchiata, on the north side of Mount Etna. Frank, of Belgian origin and exuberant and dynamic character who has always fallen in love with wine years ago to leave his land to come to Sicily and produce wine.
