"U Giancu" by Possa is a white wine of beautiful freshness and drink, made from white grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard grown organically, which grows on a land composed of sandstone rubble. After the manual harvest of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel containers with a maceration of 4/5 days. After racking, the wine is aged half in oak and acacia barriques and half in steel containers for 8 months. Assembly in steel with natural settling before bottling for another two months. Only 600 bottles produced. U Giancu is straw yellow in color. The aromas that emanate from the nose are reminiscent of floral and fruity scents, with the classic Mediterranean scrub in the background. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid with excellent drinkability.
Service
