Carlo Tabarrini's winery is located in Casenuovo, in the province of Perugia. It was born in 2008 out of a sense of rebellion against the factory where Carlo still works. In the factory at night and with the shoulder pump to deal with during the day, this is how his adventure begins. Carlo's love began long ago when as a child he helped his grandfather and his father who cultivated the vineyard for third parties. In his spare time, his favorite game was fermenting grapes in jars.
