Sparkling red wine obtained from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Marzemino. The grapes come from old 50-year-old vines trained in guyot on clayey soils. Manual harvesting in small boxes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks, with 10 days maceration on the skins without temperature control. Natural bottled refermentation lasts 1 year. The Cinquecampi Rosso is a deep ruby ​​red color. On the nose, hints of red fruits, berries, moss, and undergrowth. In the mouth it has a marked acidity, quite tannic and structured.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 12/14 ° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

The Cinque Campi company is located in Puianello di Quattro Castella, in the province of Reggio Emilia, at the foot of the first Appennino Reggiano hills.
