Aglianico Archetipo

It is obtained with the grapes of Aglianico, coming from a vineyard grown in biological, growing in an area characterized by countless pedological situations: from heavy clay to sandy red sandy ones with presence of siliceous-calcareous skeleton. After manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration of 20-30 days. Refinement in large oak barrels for 12 months, then steel for another 12 months and finally in bottle for at least 6 months. Ruby red color with fruity scents. It is warm in the mouth, with evident tannins, good acidity and persistence.

Service

It is advisable to serve the Aglianico at a 16/18 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Daily wine, but if left in the cellars a few years can give you great emotions.
