The Brunello di Montalcino of Podere Fornacella is a wine of remarkable complexity and finesse, obtained from grapes of the Sangiovese Grosso variety in purity. The grapes come from two and a half hectares of vineyards registered with Brunello di Montalcino which are located at an altitude of about m. 250 to m. 400 s.l.m., on predominantly gallant soil, with variable planting layouts because the vines were planted over several years. Manual harvest and in the cellar fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers with a long maceration on the skins. Following a refinement of 4 years in large barrels and a year in the bottle.
