Spumante Brut Nature Marasco is a juicy and fragrant wine made from Marasco grapes. It has a straw yellow color with a delicate perlage. Fedelie Bianco by Cantina Marilina is a wine that releases fruity and floral sensations, obtained from 100% Moscato grapes with the ancestral method. During the fermentation of the must, the sugars are checked and upon reaching the quantity necessary for the second fermentation, the wines are bottled and closed with a crown cap. At the end of fermentation and consequent second fermentation, the wines remain "sur-lie" for 6 months, or rather on their own yeasts. It is drunk that it is a pleasure for the carbonic which amplifies the juicy fruit.

Andeira is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes. The name comes from the local dialect of the 19th century, and means "balocco". The vinification takes place in old toneaux or wooden barrels, with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2-4 weeks. Refine for at least 6 months in used oak tonneaux. Andeira is ruby red in color with a fine and persistent foam. The nose prevails the fruity and vinous notes typical of Barbera. On the sip it is very fresh, with excellent acidity, soft and excellent to drink.

"Erpacrife" is a sparkling wine that immediately expresses its character thanks to an intense input and a solid structure and is produced from red grapes. Vino Frizzante Ramato Mr4 by Insolente is a fresh and mineral sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from pure white grapes that come from a vineyard located on soils of volcanic origin. After the manual harvest, fermentation takes place spontaneously with skins and stalks for 22 days in cement tanks vitrified at room temperature. Svinato, rests on the lees until February when it is bottled with sweet must to start the second fermentation in bottles with its own yeasts.

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.

Stefano's last gift. He had fallen in love with some bottles, ancestral method, with fellow friends who had bewitched him with pleasure. In 2018, after over 40 vintages, he decided to give that pleasantness, in his own way, with a bubble. The Boll is produced with white grapes and before the end of the fermentation it is bottled with a sugary residue, which with the resumption of the first warm ones will allow the formation of the much loved bubbles. A wine that shows fresh and fruity aromas on the nose. Tasting is of a light, slender and flowing body, with a fresh sip that feeds the satisfaction of drinking.
