Service
It is advisable to taste Ghazii at a 8/10° temperature in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give you great emotions.

Sarf is an Arabic word which means exchange. Silvio Messana is the owner of Montesecondo, a company that in the Chianti Classico area: for 20 years, has worked on a journey of discovery and awareness of its territory ... ... translating the Sangiovese of the warmest area, into one of the finest and most elegant expressions of the whole denomination. Silvio, however, had for years a dream in the drawer: that of creating dynamism, common growth, sharing with other Tuscan companies with which to create a relationship of trust and exchange. This is the cornerstone of his personal project, Silvio Messana - Sarf, a project by vin de Negoce, called in the French, which did not translate only into mere commerce but rather into sharing, a transfer of information between people from different territories of the Tuscany. Michele cultivates Trebbiano in the Pisan area - the son of farmers, in organic farming for years - but there is a basic curiosity and a desire to go further. Lorenzo is from Montespertoli: for two years he had not found the courage not to trim the vines, in 2019 he tried and was enthusiastic about the results and the homogeneity of maturation on the Trebbiano he cultivates. Federico is from San Giminiano, a producer himself with a more technical vision; making wine in a tank together was a way to discover new emotions by finding the courage to make even risky choices with unexpected results. Therefore, it is from this exchange that Silvio Messana's wines are born, wines of personal discovery, of new territories and instinctive interpretations. This is Sarf.
