The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Spontaneous fermentation with short maceration time on the skins and bottling for refermentation without adding anything. Never foul. Refinement of 4 months in the bottle before release. The "Stiolorosso" is an intense and persuasive sparkling red wine, creamy on the palate, which is born from the assembly of local red grapes. Only a few thousand bottles are produced. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it is left in contact with the fine lees without filtration. It comes in the glass with abundant foam, an intense taste and a long finish. Its delicate bubbles leave a pleasant sensation of freshness and flavor in the mouth. The nose expresses floral notes of rose and violet, fruity aromas of black cherry and wild berries, as well as hints of pomegranate.

Sol e Steli by Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Sauvignon which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 2 days. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by residual sugars. A fresh and aromatic, convivial wine that creates addiction.
