Vittorio Graziano's Brutsprintstin Spumante Brut is a tribute to the “Boss” by Vittorio, an idea born by chance during an evening with friends. Obtained from 5 white grape varieties and refermented with must, it shows a fine bubble, with hints of white fruit and citrus. On the palate it is smooth, fresh and salty. Great Vittorio.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 6/8 °. Daily wine but it holds a good few years of aging.

Pairings

Great with fish-based starters, zacchinis and shrimp lasagna, to try with the paccheri at the rock.

Cellar: Vittorio Graziano

The cellar of Vittorio Graziano is located in Castelvetro di Modena, a splendid village of the Modena hills. Its vineyards are 200 m. on sandy, clay and gravel soils, and are reared with varieties typical of the area, of which Graziano does not know the name, but having found them in the place then played them by mass selection. Graziano is a true, authentic vintner, who is the bearer of a long-lived farming practice that consists of bottling reforestation.
