The "50 Lune" by Nicola Gatta is a complex, intense and rich Classic Method Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine obtained from Chadonnay grapes grown in Gussago, one of the few areas of Franciacortino where the limestone part is dominant, then transmitted to the roots that in the wine is transformed into acidity and minerality that is great freshness of drink. After refermentation in the bottle, the liquid rests on the fine lees for about 50 months / moons.

Levis by Cherubini is a sparkling wine rosè from pure red grapes. Refinement of at least 48 months is followed by disgorging and for refilling I use the same wine. Cremant by Pierre Frick is a fresh and complex wine produced using grapes of Pinot Auxerrois. The nose gives aromas of bread crust and aromatic herbs, followed by honey notes, dried fruit and pastries. The sip is very drinkable, with excellent freshness and fragrance.

The Perle Noire Extra Brut Nature by Christophe Dechannes is a Champagne with an unexpected freshness and finesse. Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Arcari and Danesi is produced using only chardonnay grapes from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Capriolo and Coccaglio. The second fermentation and aging on the lees last 30 months. No addition of liquer d'expédition after disgorgement. It is a beautiful expression of pure chardonnay. The nose is intense and mineral, with white flowers and citrus in relief. On the palate it is savory, vertical and crunchy.

Greco di Subur Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an elegant and fruity vintage sparkling wine made from Malvasia de Sitges grapes. It has a fine perlage with a golden yellow color. The nose is marked by a fruity character with tropical fruits in particular and fine notes of pastry. On the palate the entrance is fresh, enveloping with good body and pleasant creaminess, long and fruity finish.

Crémant du Jura is a wine made from 100% chardonnay grapes. Second fermentation and aging on the lees for at least 16 months. Blossomed it is filled with the same wine. It offers a crystal color with light pale yellow reflections. The nose offers notes of ripe pear with important mineral notes. The palate is fresh, fat, concentrated on white fruit. The minerality in the finish accentuates the freshness.

Ravarini's Franciacorta DOCG is a 100% Chardonnay, the product of a single vintage, aged in steel, with a stay of at least 30 months on the lees. It is a vinous and honest Franciacorta, direct and without frills, it still remains of a very fine elegance. Champagne 333.c by Gaspard Brochet is the result of a blend of Pinot noir, Pinot meunier and Chardonnay that come from the villages of Ecueil, Sacy and Villers aux Noeuds. Vinification in Burgundy oak barrels, and aging on the lees for at least 36 months. Gaspard Brochet with 333.c gives us a new pearl, fruity, compelling and rich, with surprising depth.
