Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas. Thierry Puzelat's KO in Cot We Trust is made from grapes of the Côt vine, better known as Malbec.
