Les Vins Pirouettes Riesling de David Glou Glou by Domaine Binner is a wine made from grapes that come from 45-year-old vineyards located on granite soils. Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation and aging for 11 months on thick lees in stainless steel tanks. The result is a fresh, savory white with good acidity. Fruity but compact, these characteristics enhance the lightness of drinkability.

The Binner Cellar is located in the small village of Ammerschwihr, in the heart of Haut-Rhin in Alsace, close to the city of Colmar.
