Cuveè Madelon di Ganevat is a still red wine obtained from a blend of 60/70% Gamay grapes from Fleurie and for the remainder with Trousseau et Enfariné, typical Jura grapes. The vines have an average of 70 years. The grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts, refining in foudre for about a year and bottling without filtration or clarification or addition. The tasting experience can be summed up in one word: pleasure. Perfect wine to drink with friends, it can be enjoyed immediately with a plate of cold cuts, grilled meat ... or alone.

De Toute Beautè by Ganevat is a still red wine obtained for 70% from Gamay grapes (Fleurie and Morgon) and, the remaining part a blend of native varieties of the vineyards of Ganevat in the Jura: Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Portugais Bleu, Isabelle and Enfariné. Der Herr Baumann is a super fruity red wine with a refreshing sip, made from Portugieser grapes. The grapes come from vines over 30 years of age cultivated in biodynamic agriculture, which are found on soils composed of loess and sand. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in used barriques and then in steel tanks. Unfiltered. Only 10.5% of alcohol is the ideal wine to drink at the table or on a mild summer night.

Nero d'Avola by Nino Barraco is a soft and complex red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name which ages for 10 months in steel. It has a lively ruby red color, with notes of black mulberry, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper and an elegant hint of star anise and caper. In the mouth it is warm, soft, enveloping, with strong tannins and a marked flavor.

Brucisco Rosso is a Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon based wine. Giuseppe Cortese's Barbaresco Rabajà is a wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from the famous Rabajà vineyard, four hectares facing south, south-west. Spontaneous vinification and aging for 20/22 months in Slavonian oak barrels ranging in size from 17 to 25 hectoliters. A garnet red wine. On the nose, ethereal, pleasant and intense aromas with details of strawberry and raspberry that evolve into hints of spice, leather and undergrowth with aging. On the palate the flavor is dry, warm, full and robust with a rich and harmonious structure.
