The Di gino Rosso is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the classic blend of Rosso Piceno. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Aging for 12 months in cement tanks and 10% in tonneaux. The Chianti Podere Gamba di San Ferdinando is a wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, which is vinified in steel, and Pugnitello in truncated conical oak vats. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones.
