Vinified naturally without added yeasts, it ages in demijohn. The Wine is golden yellow in color, with aromas of fruit on the nose, in particular peach and pineapple, flowers and citrus. Service
It is advisable to serve The Wine at a 10/12 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Daily wine but left a few years in the cellar can give you great emotions.

The company is located at Casa del Diavolo, immersed in the Umbrian hills, and is run by Marco Merli with the help of his dad. Few hectares are managed in a natural way where the fruit must be as healthy as possible through fertilizers made with animal manure, grassland, copper and sulfur treatments and the establishment of coexistence between weeds and vines. The winemaking takes place only in the cellar where spontaneous fermentations favor the only indigenous yeasts and refinements between concrete tanks, large barrels and steel. The cultivated vineyards are Trebbiano, Grechetto, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, which compose the 13 labels produced by Marco. Wines not only tasty but also rich in details and emotions, faceted and very good.
