Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore - La Staffa

Obtained from Verdicchio grapes coming from vineyards located on the hills of Staffolo. The fermentation is spontaneous with only native yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks. The color is straw yellow with notes of flowers and fruits, especially apple and pear, hay and flint. The palate is enveloping, fresh, mineral, with excellent flavor.

Service

The winery: La Staffa

The winery La Staffa is located on the hills of Stafford, in the classical part of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
