Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Anfora 2022 - Cirelli
Cirelli's Trebbiano Anfora is a white wine vinified with short maceration in terracotta amphorae, where it remains in refinement for about 12 months. It is a splendid wine with its straw yellow color tending towards gold and the nose of citrus fruit, with grapefruit in evidence, notes of wax and white peach. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping with a persistent minerality.

Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Anfora - Cirelli
Obtained from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes that are picked by hand and taken to the cellar. Here it is dirty and slightly pressed. The pressed is placed in terracotta amphorae with 1 day maceration. The skins are removed from the wine in fermentation and pressed. The fermentation continues for about 120 days at the end of which the wine is poured and remains in amphora in contact with the lees for a further 12 months. The Trebbiano Anfora is a splendid wine with its straw yellow color tending to gold and nose citrus scents, with grapefruit in evidence, wax notes and white peach. In the mouth is warm, enveloping with a persistent minerality.
Service
It is advisable to taste at a temperature of 10/12 ° in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately, but will give you the best of whether in between a few years.
