Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 8/10°. Wine to be drunk immediately but also expressing the best of itself in a few years and it is recommended to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool, damp and dark cellar.
Pairing
Wine perfect as an aperitif wine or as a whole meal, fish main courses to try with lasagne with prawns.
Cellar: Domanine Buronfosse
Domanine Buronfosse was born in 2001 thanks to Peggy Lyonnese who after having gained experience at Domaine Labet and Domaine Ganevat, decided to start her own journey in Rotalier too. Today Peggy Lyonnese together with her husband Jean Pascal Buronfosse, manage 4.5 hectares of vineyards mostly composed of old vineyards recovered and bred in a natural way. We find old varieties such as: Béclan, Enfariné as well as Savagnin, Pinot noir and Ploussard. Spontaneous vinification, zero additives, zero or very low doses of sulfur dioxide. Although his wines have reached excellent levels, what is surprising is his desire to always improve, to understand each other and understand their land.
