A Petillant Naturel produced with Chenin and Chardonany. The base wine is bottled by fermentation not yet finished and therefore with residual sugars. The still-present yeasts put it in the bottle producing the carbon that makes the wine petillant. No degorgement is performed. The Petite Gaule du Matin is pale yellow. The nose recognizes fruity, peachy, floral scents with light weeds. The sip is sliding and fresh, with a slightly sapid finish.
