Segreto - Cascina Ebreo
"Segreto" is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only half a hectare which is located on land consisting of calcareous-clayey marl. After the manual harvest, its vinification takes place in cement tanks with maceration for about 20-25 days, during fermentation no selected yeasts or temperature controls are used. The aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. It is bottled without filtration and remains in the bottle at least two years before being put on the market. Service
