Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Amphora - Cirelli
Made from grapes of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, the harvest is selected and manual. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and transferred into jars where the fermentation is started with a foot de cuve prepared using only indigenous yeasts.
