Montepulciano di Torre dei Beati is a deep and enveloping wine that comes from the homonymous grapes. The grapes come from bigneti planted at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clay-limestone soils. After manual harvesting, maceration vinification takes place in steel tanks and lasts 20 days. The refinement takes place half in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels and half in second passage French oak barrels for 12 months. The Montepulciano of Torre dei Beati has a ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. Typical and elegant nose, in which the fruit is clean and well expressed with a finish of spicy notes. In the mouth it is structured, soft, balanced with the presence of well-developed tannins that contribute, together with the natural salinity and slight acidity, to an elegant finish.
