Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo "Rosa-ae" is a fresh and pleasant rosé wine made from grapes of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The grapes come from vineyards that are located on rolling hills halfway between the peaks of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea coast, caressed for the whole year by sea breezes and winds that wind from mountain areas. The name of the wine, "Rosa-ae", recalls the fresh notes of wild rose that characterize the bouquet of this rosé with a feminine face. Manual harvesting and in the cellar the vinification is carried out half with the red blood-sucking technique, and half by direct pressing of the non-stemmed grapes. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel containers. The "Rosa-ae" Rosé has a cherry pink color. The nose expresses aromas of red fruits such as cherry, strawberry, pomegranate and floral scents.
