Giuseppe cultivates eight hectares of vineyards that are located in the natural amphitheater that opens between the hill of Rabaja, one of the most prestigious and prestigious Cru for the production of Barbaresco, and that of Trifolera where are located the vineyards of Chardonnay, Dolcetto and Barbera . Old vineyards that reach even sixty years of age, manicured in full respect for the environment and nature, abolishing any form of chemical substance. The same care and attention is placed in the new wine cellar, where the grapes are processed strictly and on time with traditional methods, and the new wine is refined in large Slavonian or French oak barrels and barriques. Giuseppe Cortese has a strong bond with the territory and tradition and fully appreciates the wines of Barbaresco. Today's tradition is guarded and guided by Giuseppe's sons: Pier Carlo and Tiziana who with her husband Gabriele look to the future with the determination that has always distinguished the Cortese family. Barbaresco Rabajà, also in the beautiful reserve version, has become one of the enthusiasts for its genuine and vibrant character, of great elegance and typicality
