The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

Winery: Nevio Scala
Nevio Scala, after having trampled the soccer fields of the whole world first as a player, then as a coach, with his historic enterprises with Parma in the nineties, he decides to change his life and return to his native places, precisely in Lozzo Atestino, to feet of the Euganean Hills to revive its family cellar. A project that focuses on organic farming, far from chemical products, far from the excessive exploitation of natural resources, but rather faithful to a sustainable development model over time. The cultivated hectares are about 6 where we find Garganega, Merlot, Cabernet franc, Istrian Malvasia, white and yellow muscat, all of which rest on volcanic and alluvial soil. The first harvest was in 2016 from which the three wines that for now produce are born: the "Gargànte", refermented in the bottle only on indigenous yeasts, the "Dilètto", still white, and the "Cóntame", a white macerated on the peels, or an "Orange Wine". Three wines that fully reflect the personality of Nevio Scala, respectful of the raw material and bearers of the salinet characteristics of the territory.
