The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with the skins in tinajas from 350 to 450 liters for 9 months, and aging in cylindrical tinajas for 15 months. Elisabetta Foradori's company is located in Mezzolombardo, in the province of Trento.
