Cellar: Pazzi
The Pazzi company is located in Tolena, at the foot of Castellina in Chianti. It was born in 1950 when, at the age of 13, Marcello Pazzi and his family moved to Tuscany from Monterubbiano, a small town located in the Marche region. After an initial period of sharecropping, the Pazzis bought the current residence farm with an adjoining 3-hectare vineyard, and until 2016, Marcello and his wife Adriana produced and sold bulk wine. Subsequently, the reins of the company passed into the hands of Marcello's son, Gabriele, who, together with his son Danilo, began to bottle on their own. They produce a single label, a Chianti Classico, with attention to all stages, from the bunch to the bottle.
