Vin Nu by Domaine Les Deux Terres is a fruity and refreshing wine made from 100% Grenache grapes. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation and aging for a few months in barrique.

Service

We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. Wine that can be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years. It is recommended to keep it horizontally in a cool, damp and dark cellar.

Winery: Domaine les Deux Terres

Domaine les Deux Terres is the project of two French winemakers, Vincent and Manu who have decided to stop selling their grapes to the cooperative and start producing their own wine together. Les Deux Terres means "the two lands", a reference to the unification of their two vineyards. Their winery is located in Villeneuve de Berg, a tiny village in the heart of the Ardèche. Inspired by their natural winemakers neighbors such as Le Mazel, Calek and Azzoni, Deux Terres produces wine with very low interventions and maximum respect for the fruit.
