Adret by Domaine Les Deux Terres is a white wine made from Viognier grapes. Les Deux Terres is a project born from 2 friends Vincent Fargier and Manu Cunin who cultivate their vineyards near Villeneuve-de-Berg, in central Ardèche. The Viognier grapes come from 35-year-old vines that arise on clayey-limestone soils. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and aging in 228-liter oak barrels.

Service

We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 8/10 ° in tulip glasses. Wine that can be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years. It is recommended to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool, damp and dark cellar.

Pairing

Wine that goes wonderfully with vegetable appetizers, fish main courses, to try with a Bouillabaisse.

Cellar: Domaine les Deux Terres

Domaine les Deux Terres is the project of two French winemakers, Vincent and Manu who have decided to stop selling their grapes to the cooperative and start producing their own wine together. Les Deux Terres means "the two lands", a reference to the unification of their two vineyards. Their winery is located in Villeneuve de Berg, a tiny village in the heart of the Ardèche. Inspired by their natural winemakers neighbors such as Le Mazel, Calek and Azzoni, Deux Terres produces wine with very low interventions and maximum respect for the fruit.
