Airen Natural Tempranillo - Bodega Bruno Ruiz

The Tempranillo "Pampaneo Natural" is a Spanish red wine that comes from pure Tempranillo grapes, a typical Spanish grape variety. The grapes come from 25-year-old vineyards located in Quero, in the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha, which rest on clayey-sandy soils. Spontaneous vinification involves maceration on the skins for 4 months and aging in terracotta amphorae. No filtration and no sulfites added before being bottled. Airen Natural Pampaneo is ruby ​​red in color. The nose expresses itself on elegant aromas of red fruits and wild flowers, with notes of aromatic and spicy herbs. The taste is full-bodied, juicy, elegant, with a nice acid and savory shoulder and biting tannins. Long and harmonious finish.

Service

The Bodega Bruno Ruiz is located in Quero, a few kilometers from the city of Toledo, in the Spanish region of La Mancha. The winery is managed by Julian Ruiz Villanueva, a romantic winemaker who, in this dry and sunny region, cultivates 65 hectares of vineyards with native varieties such as Tempranillo, Tinto Velasco and Airén. Julian breeds his vineyards in a biodynamic regime, refusing any invasive treatment and any form of mechanization. In the cellar all the operations are almost carried out outdoors due to the great heat of the region, fermentations are spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, refinements take place in amphorae, and before bottling there is no clarification, filtration or addition of additives. The wines of Bodega Bruno Ruiz are unique and fascinating and embody the most authentic and traditional spirit of La Mancia.
