Infrarouge is produced from grapes of Pinot Noir in purity. The grapes come from vineyards with an average age of 40 years, which are found on clay-calcareous soils. Vinification is spontaneous with maceration on the skins of two weeks with 25% of whole bunches. Aging in barriques and demi-muids for 10 months. Infrarouge is ruby ​​red in color. On the nose you can recognize aromas of small red fruits, with herbaceous and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with fine tannins, and beautiful freshness.
