Helena is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sankt Laurent grapes. It is produced by Dlúhé Grefty, a Czech company led by Jaroslav Tesařík who together with his family grow about 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Mutěnice and produce around 5,000 bottles of wine every year. Helena is a real bomb, fresh and fragrant, it is advisable to be careful when it is opened. An excellent wine for the whole meal, to drink at least 10 glasses, no 100..but maybe even 1000!

"Marc'Aurelio" is a red sparkling wine made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. After a maceration on the skins for 7 days, it is re-fermented in the bottle on its own yeasts with the first spring warms. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DCOG ExtraBrut by Silvano Follador is a wine obtained from Glera grapes and small quantities of Verdiso, Perera, Bianchetta. After the careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented slowly and then aged on the fine lees for 6 months. In spring the second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method at the end of which the yeasts are eliminated by slow filtration.
